3) Get a Special Box to House the complete 13 Volumes of "Sailor Moon Crystal [Limited Edition] (Blu-ray)"

Presently, the shipping date is postponed around February 2016. Thank you for your understanding.

Purchase all the 13 volumes of "Sailor Moon Crystal [Limited Release] (Blu-ray)" and on the application card included in volume 1, please put all the coupons coming with each product (coupon 2 through 13). On the top on the right number is written. Cut this part and put it on the application card.

DO NOT write anything on the bottom of the application card!!!
To customers who purchased the complete 13 volumes, we will send you an e mail with the form to complete. Please write your name, address to ship the box, e mail address, shipping and payment methods.

The application card and the form with your information have to be sent together and arrived at CDJapan BEFORE November 4, 2015 (GMT+9) in registered delivery method (if possible with tracking number)!

Once you sent the application card, please provide us by e mail (info@cdjapan.co.jp) the tracking number of your enveloppe containing the application card with complete coupon sticked.

• The application card with coupons must be arrived at CDJapan BEFORE November 4, 2015 (GMT+9). If we don't receive the application card by that date for ANY reason, we will NOT be able to send you the special box accordingly!!

• You must send the application card with coupons (2 to 13) to us by registered delivery method including tracking service RIGHT after you opened Blu-ray vol.13!!!
• We STRONGLY recommend you to order Sailor Moon Crystal Blu-ray vol.13  Limited Edition by Fedex or EMS! If your order is shipped by Airmail or SAL, you may not get the coupon at time!!!
• Also you may want to save money by using non-registered delivery method but this is VERY risky as you can loose the application card required by manufacturer. Even we know you ordered all volumes at CDJapan, we will be NOT enable to provide your the crystal box without this application card containing all coupons!!
• Handling fees and shipping charge for the special crystal box is the responsibility of the customer. Presently we do not know the size and weight of Crystal box so we are not enable to inform you about such fees!
• Crystal box will be shipped only by EMS or Airmail registered (subject to change if the box over the limit of airmail size).
• Only customer who purchased the complete Blu-ray collection at CDJapan are eligible to collector/crystal box. Even if you purchase only one volume from other shop, you won't be eligible.
