MMSホールディングス代表取締役の小林毅圭也氏が会社設立30周年を記念し制作するCD。社員の中にはイラストレーターやシンガーソングライターなどアーティストとして活動しながら同社で働く若い人材も多く、リード楽曲に関しては、歌詞を社内から公募して制作。作曲は癒しの周波数528Hzの第一人者で、2015年に日本レコード大賞の「企画賞」を受賞したピアニストACOON HIBINO (エイコン・ヒビノ)。この企画のために書き下ろされた2曲のオリジナル楽曲と、アルバムのコンセプトでもある「感謝」をテーマにセレクトされたカバー楽曲3曲を含む全5曲を収録。
