As you know, 'On An Island' - the third solo effort from Pink Floyd guitarist/singer David Gilmour. And this is the first full lenth album from him since PF 'Division Bell' (1994). And if you like 'DB', you will like this one to. Ok. First of all, 'On An Island' - is a very beautiful album. David plays in different stiles - from gentle acoustic guitar to slight ethno & progressive rock in typical PF style (long cosmic solos:)). It's very mellow, but not boring work... And it's very adult music. If you live a long life, you'll love & understand new David Gilmour CD:). The sound quality is very good. This CD is great for mellow rainy days where you alone...
