Japanese-style kitchen knife series available in a reasonable price made with Yasuki white steel. Known as the Kansai style sashimi slicer, these are called the Shobu knife from its shape resembling a leaf named shobu. These knives feature a sharp tip used for a general purpose sashimi slicer.

Important Notes: Please take note that carbon steel knives will rust as it is a naturally occuring phenomenon. Although it may not rust as much as carbon steel, stainless steel knives will also rust slightly. Rusting especially occurs for brand new knives. But don't worry.
