Can I use a debit card?
Yes, as long as it has a MasterCard or Visa logo and is an international card.
How do I switch to another credit card?
Please register the credit card you'd like to use and then inform the last 4 digits of the new card by email. Make sure to include your order number too.
When will I be charged?

The payment will be finalized when orders are shipped. That is, no payment will be transferred to us until then. However, when you placed your order, the issuer of your card will process a credit authorization for the amount of your purchase. Credit authorization is a step in which the card issuer grants the store an authorization to process the payment.

All payments are completed right when you place your order.
Why is my debit card charged twice?
Debit cards are charged right on the ordering date. Our card processing agency can not process partial amounts.
This means that if your order total has increased or decreased at some point, we can not partially charge you for the additional amount, nor can we partially refund you for the differential.
We will have to fully charge you for the new order total when your order ships out. At that point, your original charge is canceled and you will receive a refund for the original charge. It normally takes up to 1-2 months but it will heavily depend on the card issuer's policies. In some cases the refund for debit cars may take up to 6 months.
