How to View Order Status
Sign into your customer account to view the status of your most recent orders at the top.
Your order status shows the current condition of your order as detailed below.
Order Status
Order Received
This status is shown when you first place your order until the time we process your order.Awaiting Product Arrival
If you have at least 1 item that is not in stock, you will see this status, whether it is an item that has not yet been released, or an item that is waiting for our supplier to send to our warehouse.Awaiting Packaging -Typically 1 business day: No Cancellations Accepted
This status means that all your items are in stock and are about to be packed for shipment.
The packaging process will begin shortly.
You may see "Awaiting Packaging" shown longer in the following situations:
You've pre-ordered an item. We start preparing for pre-orders 4-5 days before the release date, which may cause this status to show up extra long. But don't worry, we are just preparing your order early.
When you placed an order for an in-stock item in PM Japan time-expect this status to show for a day and a half.
Packaging -Typically 1-2 business days: No Cancellations Accepted
Your order is being packaged, ready to be shipped out
Your order will stay in this status, until your tracking number starts updating which is the next business day after your package is handed over to the delivery company.Shipping Fee Adjustment -Typically 1-2 business days if you reply to our email right away-
This status will only apply to some orders. When we package up your items, sometimes the product weight/size is much larger than our estimation. In this case, we will reflect the actual shipping fees to your order and will send you a mail asking for approval for the additional shipping fees. You can approve or cancel your order—unless it includes a proxy item, which cannot be canceled.Once your order updates to Shipping Fee Adjustment status, we will send a mail with details on the update on the next business day around noon. So if your order enters this status during the weekend you will receive it next Monday noon Japan Time.
Shipped
Your order has been shipped out.
Payment Status
Credit Card / Debit Card Approved
Your credit card has been approved. When you place an order, we process your card for authorization to make sure your card can cover the payment. This is not a charge. We’ll charge you either when your order ships out, or after 25 days if it takes longer to ship.Credit Card Declined
The issuer of your credit card declined the transaction. Make sure to call them to find out if your credit card is currently valid for the purchase at your earliest convenience. After they resolve it for you, make sure to contact us by email (info@cdjapan.co.jp). We will then process your order. Please note that if it is not resolved within a week, your order will be canceled automatically.Credit Card / Debit Card Finalized
We have finalized your credit card or debit card. Your funds have been deducted.Payment Pending: Paypal, We Chat, Alipay, Cash
Your order's payment is pending or your cash payment has still not arrived.Payment Finalized: Paypal, We Chat, Alipay, Cash
This status is shown once your payment is completed.
